Goals
To strengthen institutional capabilities and linkages in Thailand
To support assessment of current policies and the formulation of future policy frameworks required for developing appropriate indigenous technological capabilities in Thailand.
Main outcomes
1) 14 individual linkage projects were completed in various sectors under the Institutional Linkages Program (1985-1995).
2) Comprehensive surveys of various sectors of Thai industry, including biotechnology, were made.
